Rules
FIG Code of Points, valid as per January 1st, 2013. This includes using the Time of Flight.
The preliminaries will be organized as per rule 1.2.2, starting in groups of no more than 16 competitors.
Finals: the best ten of each class.

Entry
The entry fee is € 25 per competitor (if you cannot see it, € means EUR).
It is not allowed to compete in any class other than the one the participant has registered for: changing classes is not possible.
FIG rules: all clubs must be members of a FIG member federation in good standing!
Dinner
Saturday evening a dinner will be available, for those that have registered at the price of €18. No refund is possible for any cancellations.
Payment
Entries are valid only after full payment by bank transfer, to the bank account of the Aalsmeer Flower Cup, Rabobank Aalsmeer, account number 3001.50.474. IBAN: NL15 RABO 0300 1504 74, BIC/SWIFT code: RABONL2U. Any bank transfer fees must be paid for. If you cancel any service, the full amount must be paid nevertheless.
Judges
Clubs that enter competitors are requested to send a licensed jury member.
Insurance
Participation is at own risk. The insurance is the responsibility of the individual participants or their clubs. The Aalsmeer Flower Cup is not responsible for accidents, theft or loss of money, goods or other property or persons.

Please have a look at the detailed competition schedule.
Notes: Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their participants during the training and competition. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the sports hall! It is not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks yourself.
