Entry

A maximum number of 325 competitors will be allowed to register.
Registration will be possible via our website only. An entry form will be available December 1st.
After filling in the digital entry form you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration number. If you do not, please contact us. Please use the registration number in any entry correspondence.
Changes to your registration can be entered through our website until the registration closing date: January 31 or whenever the maximum number of competitors is reached. During February any changes will require a Request For Changes form and manual approval.
FIG rules: all clubs must be members of a FIG member federation in good standing.

Payment

The entry fee is € 35 per competitor. Saturday evening a buffet will be available for those that register at the price of € 22.
Entries are valid only after full payment by bank transfer, to the Aalsmeer Flower Cup bank account at the Rabobank in Aalsmeer. Bank account (IBAN): NL15 RABO 0300 1504 74, BIC/SWIFT code RABO NL 2U. Any bank transfer fees must be paid for.
No refund will be made for cancellations after February 28: the full amount must be paid nevertheless.

Judges

Clubs that enter competitors are required to send FIG licensed judges:
1-6 competitors: 1 judge
7-12 competitors: 2 judges
12+ competitors: 3 judges
The class II competition will allow (highest) national licenses as well.

Insurance

Participation is at own risk. The insurance is the responsibility of the individual participants or their clubs. The Aalsmeer Flower Cup cannot be held responsible for accidents, theft or loss of money, goods or other property or persons.

Provisional program

Friday 15, 17.00–21.00: Training
Saturday 16, 08.00–17.00: Training and preliminaries
Saturday 16, 17.00-19.00: Buffet (for those who registered)
Saturday 16, 19.30+: Finals
Notes: Coaches will be held responsible for the behavior of their participants during the training and competition. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue! It is not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks yourself.

Equipment

Eurotramp will provide new Ultimate 4×4mm trampolines plus safety mats all around them. If you are interested in purchasing equipment (trampolines, safety platforms, safety mats, HDTS system) used at the competition, please contact Ron de Ruiter (☎ +31 651 35 35 38).
